What we could not verify
We did not find published support hours, response-time promises, or training prices on Solifi's public site. That does not mean they are bad. It means you must ask.
Treat anything a salesperson says about support as a draft until it is in the contract.
Staffed support versus a portal
A support portal is a website with articles and ticket forms. Staffed support means a person answers. Both matter. They are not the same thing.
Ask what hours staffed support runs and in which time zones. Ask what counts as an emergency and how fast they respond to one.
Training questions that matter
- Is initial training included in the implementation price?
- Is training live, recorded, or both?
- How do new hires get trained a year from now?
- Is there a sandbox where staff can practice safely?
Get it in writing
Ask for the support terms as a contract exhibit. It should list hours, channels, response targets by severity, and escalation contacts.
If the vendor will not put support terms in writing, treat that as an answer.
Onboarding versus steady state
Ask how onboarding support differs from steady-state support. Ask if there is a named person for your first 90 days, and what happens to that contact afterward.
Solifi has acquired several product lines over the years, including Leasepath in July 2025. Ask which support organization covers your specific product, and whether that changed for customers after each acquisition.
Support terms to capture
- Staffed support hours and time zones are written down.
- Emergency response target is in the contract.
- Training scope and price are in the implementation quote.
- A named customer success contact is assigned.
- Reference customers confirmed support quality.
