Programs · Used & private party
Used machines need more homework. We do it first.
Used and private-seller deals are common here. They raise two questions. Who owns the machine? What shape is it in? We also check for liens — a lien is someone else’s claim on the machine.

Private sales
Check the serial. Check the title.
We collect serial numbers, photos and title papers. We look for liens. Not every private sale can be financed.

Dealer used
Dealer used is easier to verify.
Dealers give invoices and serials. That makes your review faster.

Seller types
Two very different paths.
Dealer used
Dealer invoice, stock number, serial and hours. Usually the simpler path for funders.
Private party
Seller ID, bill of sale draft, serial photos, lien questions. Rules vary by lender. Some do not take them.
What we collect

Lien search — your call
We can note what the seller says. UCC and title searches are done by the lender or its vendor.
We never claim a machine is lien-free or UCC-clear. Those checks belong to the funder and its approved vendors.
