What we could not verify
We found no published support hours, response-time targets, or training prices on Leasepath's public site. That is normal for this kind of software. It means you must ask.
The Solifi question
Solifi acquired Leasepath in July 2025. Ask how support works now. Is there a Leasepath support team, a Solifi one, or both? Ask what changed for existing customers after the acquisition.
Staffed support versus a portal
A portal is articles and ticket forms. Staffed support is a person who answers. Ask which you get, during what hours, and in which time zones.
Training questions
- Is initial training included in the implementation price?
- Is training live, recorded, or both?
- How do new hires get trained next year?
- Is Microsoft Dynamics training separate, and who provides it?
The post-acquisition support test
Solifi acquired Leasepath in July 2025. Ask who staffs your account now and whether that changed for existing customers. Then ask two reference customers the same question directly.
Ask how onboarding support differs from steady-state support, and whether a named contact covers your first 90 days.
Ask whether training is train-the-trainer or per-seat. The difference decides whether you can onboard new hires yourself two years from now, after your original project team has moved on.
Also ask where product help ends and Microsoft help begins. A Dynamics permission problem and a Leasepath workflow problem have different owners, and you should know who to call for each before go-live.
Support terms to capture
- Post-acquisition support structure is explained.
- Staffed support hours and time zones are written.
- Emergency response target is in the contract.
- Training scope and price are in the quote.
- Two reference customers confirmed support quality.
