Leasepath Integrations: The Microsoft Ecosystem and Beyond

What Leasepath's Microsoft foundation means for connections, and what to plan for.

Based on public product documentation. We have not tested a private account. Sources checked 2026-11-05.

What the foundation gives you

Leasepath is built on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform. Connections to Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft tools come with that foundation. That is a real advantage if your company runs on Microsoft.

Connections outside the Microsoft world — credit bureaus, e-sign, payment processors, accounting — need their own answers. Ask for the list that matches your stack.

Pre-built versus custom

Ask which connections are pre-built and which are custom. The Power Platform lets your own team build some connections. Others need a partner. Ask which is which.

  • Accounting: do journal entries post automatically?
  • Credit bureaus: which bureaus pull from inside?
  • E-sign: which signing tools connect?
  • Payments: which ACH and card processors are supported?

Who does the work

One honest advantage of the Microsoft foundation: many consultants know Dynamics. You are not locked to the vendor for every small change. Ask what your own team can safely change.

Track each connection to done with the checklist below.

Our method

This page is based on public product documentation. We have not tested a private account or any connection.

The month-end test

The most important connection is accounting. If journal entries do not post automatically, your team builds them by hand every month.

Ask to see a payment create accounting entries in the demo. Then ask about reversals, which are where weak integrations break.
