Leasepath Enterprise: Booking, Invoicing and Portfolio Management

Enterprise is Leasepath's back office. Here is what it covers and how to judge payback.

Based on public product documentation. We have not tested a private account. Sources checked 2026-11-05.

What Enterprise covers

Enterprise is Leasepath's back-office product. The vendor lists booking, invoicing, accounting, asset management, and portfolio management. Back office means everything after the deal is approved.

Booking means recording the funded deal in the system of record. From there, invoicing and accounting take over.

Originate plus Enterprise, or one alone

Ask whether you can buy Enterprise without Originate, or the reverse. Some lenders keep their existing front office and only need the back office. Others want both from one vendor.

If you buy both, test the handoff. A deal should move from funding to booking with no re-typing.

Judge payback honestly

Run the payback tool below with your own estimates: one-time cost, expected monthly savings, and the new monthly cost. If savings do not beat the added cost, there is no payback, and the tool will say so plainly.

Demo checks

  • Book a funded deal and show the invoice schedule.
  • Post a payment and show the accounting entries.
  • Show an asset record linked to its contract.
  • Show a portfolio report across all deals.

The handoff test

If you buy both Originate and Enterprise, the handoff between them is the whole story. A funded deal should book with no re-typing. Ask to see it live.

If you buy Enterprise alone, ask how deals arrive from your existing front office instead.

Ask how the system handles a lease extension mid-term. Extensions are common in equipment finance, and they touch billing, tax, and documents all at once. A clean extension path saves real labor every month.

Payback check

Payback months = one-time cost divided by monthly savings minus monthly added cost. If savings do not beat the added cost, there is no payback.

Payback in about 40.0 months.

This is your scenario, not a vendor promise.
