What a Capital Provider Partnership Looks Like

How a broker and a capital provider work together: sharing a credit box, setting a file format, and agreeing on how deals are sent and answered.

Consent first

Files move only with consent.

The buyer agrees before anything is sent. Your format, your access.

It starts with your rules

A good partnership starts with a simple document. It is your credit box. A credit box is your written list of what you will consider.

It covers ticket size, credit tiers, time in business, machine types, and seller types. Ticket size means the dollar amount of the deal. A tier is a grade for credit strength.

  • Smallest and largest ticket you want
  • Credit tiers you serve, from A down to D or startup
  • Machine types you like and ones you avoid
  • New, used, and private-party rules
  • States where you do business

Then we agree on a file format

Every funder likes files a certain way. Some want a portal upload. Some want an email package. Some have an API, which is a way for two computer systems to talk.

We match your format. We are not connected to any lender system today. We set that up only when you give access and both sides agree.

Deals arrive one at a time

When a deal fits your box, we ask the buyer for consent. Then we send the file to you. Only you. We do not shop the same file to your competitors at the same time.

Each file says what we checked and what the buyer told us. Checked facts and stated facts are kept apart. You can see which is which.

You answer. We relay.

You review the file and decide. We pass your answer to the buyer. If you need more documents, we collect them.

We never promise an approval. We never quote your rates as ours. The buyer always knows you make the decision.

What we ask of partners

We ask for three things. A current credit box. A clear way to send files. And a person who answers questions.

In return, you get files from one focused industry. Landscaping, tree care, hardscape, and land clearing. Nothing else.

Landscaping Equipment Financing LLC is an independent commercial equipment finance broker, not a lender. All financing is subject to lender approval. This article is general information, not an offer or a quote.
